Serving homes, rentals and commercial premises in Virginia and Florida

Services

Six service lines. One team, one process, one record.

From a seasonal maintenance schedule to a full unit refurbishment, every service line is run the same way: one point of contact, an agreed scope, updates on a set schedule and a photo-documented report at the end.

One process

The same five steps behind every service line.

Whatever the work, it moves through the same stages — which is what makes the paperwork consistent from one job to the next.

  1. 01

    Conversation

You tell us about the property and what it needs. We ask the questions that shape the scope.

  2. 02

    Walkthrough or site visit

We see the property, record its condition and confirm what is in and out of scope.

  3. 03

    Written scope and schedule

You receive the scope, sequence, access arrangements and estimate to approve.

  4. 04

    Works and updates

Work proceeds in sequence; you hear from us on the agreed schedule; changes are approved first.

  5. 05

    Completion report

Photographs, products, the closed punch list and notes for next time, filed to your property record.

The full process — including how changes, updates and close-out work — is set out step by step.

What sits outside our scope

We work on building fabric, fixtures, fittings and finishes. Work that requires a licensed specialist — gas, electrical panels and new wiring, refrigerant-based heating and cooling, structural engineering, roofing replacement and hazardous-material abatement — is outside what we do. When we come across something in those areas, we record it with photographs and tell you, so you can bring in the right specialist.

Next step

Start with a conversation about your property.

Tell us about the property, what it needs and how you would prefer to work. We will reply by email to arrange a site visit and confirm what happens next.
