For commercial premises
For small commercial premises that need to stay open while the work gets done.
Offices, retail units, studios and mixed-use buildings — maintained, repaired and refreshed around your opening hours, with clear scopes and a record for owners, occupiers and landlords alike.
What matters
What commercial premises usually need — and how we handle it.
The same way of working applies to everyone. These are the parts of it that tend to matter most here.
| You need | How we work |
|---|---|
| Minimal disruption | Work scheduled around opening hours, with out-of-hours work where it is agreed in the scope. |
| Clear responsibility | Where you share the lease terms with us, scopes can be split by owner and occupier responsibility. We do not interpret leases; we follow the split you give us. |
| Presentable premises | Entrances, signage areas, common areas and finishes kept up on a schedule. |
| Change between occupiers | Finishes refreshed and repairs completed to the make-good standard you set. |
| A record for every party | Completion reports that owners, occupiers and agents can each rely on. |

Questions
Questions commercial premises often ask.
Do you carry out full commercial fit-outs?
We handle finish-level work: flooring, decoration, joinery repairs, fixtures within the existing layout and make-good. Work needing engineering, fire-system changes or new electrical and mechanical services is outside our scope.
Can work happen outside opening hours?
Where it is agreed in the scope, yes. Working hours are set out in the schedule so everyone — including neighbors in shared buildings — knows what to expect.
We own a building with a shop below and apartments above. Is that a fit?
Yes. Mixed-use buildings need commercial and residential thinking at once. Tell us about the whole building and we will scope each part accordingly.
